Shipping Information


Custom orders will be shipped when completed and payment has cleared. Depending on the customization and personalization of the items, custom orders usually take 3-5 business days, but may take as much as a few weeks to complete. I will alert you to the timeline of your piece at the time of your order. Your patience is appreciated, as I alone do the creative work on the items I create.

We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If one of these is a holiday, we will ship the following day.

For items that have shipping fees, I do refund shipping overages.

At this time, due to sales tax regulations, we are not shipping or selling to Kansas.

We usually ship through the USPS first, and then UPS second. Certain items are set with carriers and cannot be changed. If you need a rush order, do not rely on shipping times alone, as our turnover timeline may delay your delivery. Contact us directly to make sure your rush order is processed in a timely manner and sent through the correct shipping venue.

We will ship internationally. Timelines cannot be given due to the vague nature of overseas shipping. You are responsible for all fees (ie. VAT) and customs issues. Miniatures are listed as “display” items, and household goods are listed as “décor”. It is up to you to clear this with your customs agency.
